Data Not Collected

The developer does not collect any data from this app.

What does the app collect?

Nothing. Mexico Ready: Residency has no account, no sign-up, no email, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no server of its own. The App Store privacy label for the app is Data Not Collected.

Where is my plan stored?

Your plan and its dates, your checklist ticks and notes, your log of trips outside Mexico, and your saved calculator scenarios are stored on your device. If iCloud is on for Mexico Ready: Residency, they sync between your devices through your own iCloud account. That data is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy; we have no access to it.

Deleting the app removes the data on that device. To remove the synced copy, delete the app’s data from iCloud in your device settings.

What about reminders?

Reminders are local notifications: your device schedules them and shows them on its own. Nothing is sent to a server to set them up or to deliver them.

What about purchases?

Mexico Ready Pro is a one-time purchase through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your name, payment details, or Apple Account information. The app only checks with the App Store whether Pro is unlocked on your account.

Does this website use cookies or analytics?

This website has no advertising and no third-party trackers beyond the analytics described below. If you switch between light and dark themes, or dismiss the "read this in Spanish" bar, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage and is never sent to us. The app itself is separate and collects nothing at all, which is what its App Store label above records.

To count visits, this website uses Google Analytics. It sets first-party cookies in your browser (_ga and one named for the property) and sends Google the pages you view, the site you came from, your approximate location and details about your device. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on, with a "do not track" or tracking-protection setting in your browser, or by blocking the domain googletagmanager.com. Nothing you do on this website is linked to anything in the app: the app has no account, no network calls for analytics, and collects nothing.

What if I ask for the residency checklist?

The residency pages offer a free checklist by email. If you sign up, we store your email address, your answer to the question on the form, if you gave one, the language you used, the page that sent you there, and, if you arrived from a campaign link or another site, the campaign tags and that site's address. The checklist, the eligibility check and the calculator work without signing up, and your answers to the check and the calculator are never sent anywhere.

We use the list for two things: sending the checklist, and one email when Mexico Ready: Residency is released. The list is stored with Supabase, our database provider, and the emails are sent through Resend. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else. Until you sign up, the campaign tags and referring site stay in your browser's session storage and are discarded when you close the tab. To be removed, reply to any of those emails or write to mexicoready@sanel.design.

What if I email support?

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply, and we don’t add you to any list.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. Questions: mexicoready@sanel.design.
